RECENTLY, a young Harlow boy and his family were guests of MP Robert Halfon at the Palace of Westminster in London.

Mr Halfon said: “George is a true local hero! I was first introduced to George by email during the pandemic when, at the age of 2, he overcame the challenges of living with Spina Bifida to raise money for the NHS.

“He has since raised nearly £8,000 for the NHS and other health charities who support children and young people with his condition.

“Well done George!”

We know George’s family and the whole of Harlow are very proud of him.
