CREWS were called to the M11 northbound, between junction 6 to junction 7, in the early hours of this morning after reports of a road traffic collision. 

On arrival firefighters reported that a car had left the road and landed in a ditch, with a woman trapped inside. 

Firefighters worked to release the woman and left her in the care of the Ambulance Service at 5am.
