Harlow mental health unit neglect led to teen’s death concludes inquest

A FAILURE of basic protocol at a Harlow NHS mental health unit led to a patient dying by misadventure contributed to by neglect, an inquest jury has concluded reports the BBC.
Morgan-Rose Hart, 18, was found unresponsive in her room at the Derwent Centre (which is situated in the grounds of Princess Alexandra Hospital ) and died a week later.
The inquest heard staff observations were falsified and critical observations were missed.
