After years of being a complete nuisance, at aged 35, this bloke is still walking around in the middle of the night trying car door handles in an effort to thieve other people’s belongings.

Why on earth do the police bother with this type of crime. When he goes to court the judge will be like, you poor soul, how awful you must feel growing in a deprived family. Now I'm going to give you a 12 month unconditional discharge. Now be on your way lad. There is no deterrent in this country anymore. He should be locked up for 5 years with no TV or gaming console.

what good is putting him away in prison going to do ? it costs the taxpayer on average £1800 per week to keep him there its quite simple. make him go to work for free this is the biggest sentence he can get and will crap the life out of him
