HARLOW estate agent, Reyland Johnson has scooped a top customer service award at a glitzy award ceremony in London.

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards is the largest annual event for the UK residential property industry.

The awards took place in London at the spectacular Grosvenor House Hotel.

The winners were announced by Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform which highlights the best agents, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers for customer service in the UK. The winners are determined purely on verified reviews from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received through the whole moving process.

Director Ben Johnson said: “The Estas are awards based solely on customer reviews and we like to think that everyone that has dealt with Reyland Johnson will know how important customer service is to us.

“Yes, we are very good at selling and renting properties but to have a glowing customer review at the end of the process means we know we have done a good job.

“The most rewarding thing about this year’s Estas was that we managed to win in four different categories which covers every aspect of our business and also included best in Essex.”
