Fundraising event to aid Harlow hospital’s maternity service

COME for a night of fun, and support a good cause at the same time by joining in an fundraising evening featuring a medium, being organised in aid of the local hospital’s maternity service.

The maternity service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital Trust sees parents and families of between 4,000 and 5,000 babies a year from across west Essex and east Hertfordshire; and the staff are always looking for ways to improve the experience of patients who come to the hospital.

Whether it’s updating equipment, providing vital comforts for parents who need to stay with their babies or need extra support during pregnancy and labour, the dedicated team go out of their way to make sure that patients have the best care and attention. To enable this, staff have organised the charity fundraising event which will be held on Friday 4 October from 7pm to 11pm. Come along for a night not to be missed – you could also be in with a chance of winning a raffle prize.

The event will take place at Great Parndon Community Association, Abercrombie Way, Harlow CM18 6YJ. Parking is available. For tickets, please email [email protected], or call Anna Hayes on 01279 827104.
