Football: Fantastic Harlow Town are crowned champions of the league

HARLOW Town have been crowned champions of the Eastern Counties Division South after a comprehensive 6-1 victory against St Margaretsbury.
A full match report will come but the promotion to what is known as Step 5 is the conclusion of a long two year journey for the Hawks since they were relegated two divisions.
All that is in the past and now they can think of the future.
There were jubilant scenes at the end in front of a bumper 1247 crowd at the Pardus Wealth Arena.

It was a great afternoon, a second minute goal to calm any nerves, plus five more. The visiting keeper made some great saves, it could easily have been double figures. It is brilliant to see Harlow on the up once again. Well done guys!!!

Today’s game was absolutely brilliant, the sportsmanship between both teams from start to finish, the referee and his officials running the line, were excellent, they let the game really flow, which they should be commended for. The goals were flowing, the crowd and there families played there part, singing, laughing and playing, a true family club, the icing on the cake was Harlow Town winning the league, and automatic promotion. Thank you Harlow Town football club, and all the players for making Harlow Town such a great club, Just the cup final to go against Hackney Wick, I will be there. Come on you Harlow.

Well done harlow town , it's not easy to win any league. The can do well again next year aswell..a haven't been to watch harlow for a couple of seasons.i believe the last game was Macclesfield in the cup.
