The Sir Frederick Gibberd College is a free school sponsored by the Burnt Mill Academy Trust and aims to open in September 2018, with eight forms of entry for Year 7 students. From 2020 the College will be able to offer 250 Sixth Form places. It will have a special focus on offering “facilitating” subjects for university admissions at A level.
