A GIRL has died following an incident in Harlow Town Park on Saturday afternoon. The emergency services were called at just after 4pm after reports that a bouncy castle, wth a child inside, had come off its “moorings” and careered over 150 metres down the park, coming to rest at the base of a paddock, close to Edinburgh Way.
