DUE to fundraising events not being able to take place in 2020, Old Harlow Traders are £2,355 short of funds so the Christmas lights can be put up this year.

After everything that has happened this year, it would be lovely to brighten up the high street with Christmas lights ✨

Get harlow council to make up the short full as they have done very little this year with our council tax.sorry this will not happen as they will make an excuse because of covid ha ha
