Harlow man banned for driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has been disqualified for driving under the influence of drugs.
Matthew Blackburn, aged 38, of Wedhey, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On October 1st, 2020 at Northbrooks in Harlow you did drive a Ford Fiesta when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine (BZE) (cocaine body-breakdown product), in your blood, namely 210 ?g/L micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
Blackburn was banned for twelve months and fined £105.00
