HTS is a total farce. How many people do they have already and what do they do? Not much, judging by the state of the town. Whoever set this up and whoever runs it has a lot to answer for.

Are you going to employ caretakers for the tower blocks that actually do some cleaning, our block is filthy. They all suffer with a fear of heights as well, never clean any higher than ground floor. Should not be paying for a service that they are not doing.
