THE NEW managing director of HTS is looking forward to new challenges ahead.
David Morrissey has just been appointed and is familiarising himself with his new role.
As part of this process, he went to visit work being done at a void property in Shawbridge near Staple Tye.
We caught up with Mr Morrissey and asked him how he was settling in?
You say that you want void properties to be fit and habital for future tenants. What about current tenants who are waiting for things to be done, properly, to their properties. Get your workforce to do a full day's work , clearly you don't chase their ar###
If tenants did not leave their homes in a disgusting mess when they moved. ( You would have to see them believe how bad they are) , they would get turned around a lot quicker , and less staff would be required, so they could be moved to repairs. I would like to add not all tenants leave their properties like that when they move.
Gary, do councils pay to decorate? Wow.
