A HARLOW runner has achieved the feat of running a parkrun for every letter of the alphabet.

Catherine Penketh had run an incredible 446 park runs from the letter A to Y and so needed just a Z to finish.

The Z in particular was in Poland and so Catherine and friends flew over to Zamek w Malborku to compete her set.

Catherine is a fantastic ambassador for parkrun. She is also the main director for the Junior Parkrun in Harlow, which has given an opportunity for 5 to 14 year olds to participate in running and exercise.
