IT IS a miserable wet Sunday morning. However, that means anyone training for the London Marathon in April will probably be on a long run. And when we say long……….

Amongst the Harlow residents is Jason Skinner. Jason ran the Benfleet 15 a few weeks ago and may well be now approaching those twenty mile training runs.

Jason is running for Brain Research UK. He has run every London since 2021.

Jason said: “I’m raising money for Brain Research UK by taking on a series of runs which my next one is London Marathon in April to help raise awareness and vital funds for neurological research.

Conditions affecting the brain touch so many lives, yet research remains underfunded.

Every mile I run is dedicated to supporting the scientists working to better understand, treat and ultimately prevent neurological conditions.
