HARLOW Council launched its development partner selection process for a new 484,000 sq ft sciences and business park at MIPIM.
The council has full planning consent for a business park development in the life science, advanced manufacturing and ICT sectors on a 25-acre site at London Road North, in the Harlow Enterprise Zone, Essex.
As a UK government-designated enterprise zone, the site will benefit from discounts on local property taxation as well as some publicly funded infrastructure.
The process was launched at the London Stansted Cambridge Consortium MIPIM event on the London stand.
Andrew Bramidge, project director for Harlow Enterprise Zone, said: “With a site fully in public ownership and with full planning consent this is a fantastic opportunity to bring a new development to the market.
