This is not the sort of thing that any of resident in Harlow want to see happening in their local aera. I hope this was not to dramatic and stressful for the residents in the area where the incident took place. One thing that i would like to know, is what were these teenagers doing out at 1am in the morning. I think Harlow should start the ball rolling by introducing And imposing a curfew which enforce any teenagers under the age of 18 to be in by a certain time of night but long before mid night, including school holiday time.
