Planning permission given for bungalow to be built in property on Burnett Park

PLANNING permission has been granted to build a bungalow in the grounds of a house in Burnett Park.
Two residents came to the meeting and spoke passionately against the application.
All councillor supported the application apart from Sumners and Kingsmoor councillor, Clive Souter and Little Parndon councillor, Jean Clark, who both voted against.
