Harlow man set to stand trial over assault and threats

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over an alleged assault.
Liam Lincoln, aged 21. of Sharpecroft, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 14/06/2019 at Harlow assaulted another by beating him.
On 31/05/2019 at Harlow used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
On 14/06/2019 at Harlow used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
On 30/06/2019 at Harlow assaulted a male by beating him.
On 24/07/2019 at Harlow having been arrested by a constable for breaking a bail condition, namely: to observe a curfew between 19:30hrs and 05:00 daily, monitored by electronic tagging, being a person released on 04/07/2019 by Chelmsford Magistrates Court being under a duty to surrender into the custody of a court.
Lincoln pleads not guilty.
He has been released on conditional nail until next court appearance on September 13th at Basildon magistrates court.
