Three men arrested over Potter Street attempted murder investigation

THREE men have been arrested after a man was hit by a car in Harlow.

The 38-year-old victim remains in hospital in a critical condition after being found injured in Potter Street at about midnight on Friday 18 October.

A blue BMW 1 Series was found alight in a field near Roydon High Street a short time later, and we believe the car is linked to the collision.

A 35-year-old man from Harlow was arrested today, Saturday 19 October, on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

Two men aged 24 and 34, both from Harlow, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and failing to stop following a road traffic collision.

They remain in custody for questioning.

The police continue to appeal for witnesses who were in the Potter Street area of Harlow or High Street area of Roydon in the early hours of yesterday and saw what happened.
