THE Government has given the green light for all non-essential retailers, including high street shops, department stores and shopping centres, to reopen this Monday, 15th June.

Everyone associated with the Harvey Centre in Harlow has been very busy making all the necessary arrangements so that people can shop safely.

YH went down to speak to the manager of the Harvey Centre, Brian Young, about the arrangements.

As you see from the cutaway shots, extensive efforts have been made across the centre to make sure that socially distant shopping can take place.
