CHANGING Lives FC play in the Harlow League Plate Final on Sunday morning. Win or lose it is a remarkable journey for a team of young men from all four corners of the world with a Haro coach at its heart.

Final – Parsonage Leys vs Changing Lives FC
They have beaten teams two divisions above them to reach the Plate Final which is a huge achievement. A fairy tale story!
Coach David Simmons said: “The boys are from around the world including countries such as Chad, Sudan, Eritrea, Somalia, Egypt, Ghana and Guinea.
“We have 3-4 UK based players that help within the team. These boys have come from war torn countries and it means so much to them to be playing football and being part of a community.
“I am so proud of the boys and how far they have come. Whatever the result on Sunday we can hold our heads high!
