A MAN has been charged in connection with a series of sexual offences in west Essex and across the border into Hertfordshire.

They are investigating a number of reports of indecent exposure and sexual assault around the area of Nazeing and Dobbs Weir between January 2017 and May 2021.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on 18 May and has now been charged with 17 offences.

Domenico Anselmo, of Nazeing, Essex, has been charged with eight counts of indecent exposure, seven counts of sexual assault by touching, one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and one count of outraging public decency.

He was due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 14 June.
