Harlow man in court over alleged breach of community protection notice

A HARLOW resident has been charged with breaching the conditions of a community protection notice.

Janis Kukars, aged 33, of Great Brays, Harlow was charged with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On July 29th, 2021, at Harlow, being an individual to whom a community protection notice had been issued, failed to comply with the notice in that acting in an anti-social manner towards a woman by setting a fire in the communal garden and allowing the smoke to blow into her property.

Kukars has been remanded on conditional bail until August 18th.

He has pleaded not guilty.

Kick him out of the council property and give it to a more descent and respectable person who's got a job

This is my neighbour he makes our lives miserable daily...I wish I could upload evidence but I don't want to compromise the court case...
