Great Brays man pleads guilty to hurling abuse at woman

A HARLOW-based man has pleaded guilty to harassing a woman by shouting abuse at her.
Janis Kukars, aged 33, of Great Brays, Harlow made the plea to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
Between July 1st and July 4th, 2021 at Harlow you pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that between dates you on two occasions shouted abusive language at the victim.
On July 4th at Harlow with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.
Community order made. The defendant must comply with the following requirements.
Unpaid Work Requirement: Carry out unpaid work for 50 hours within the next twelve months.
