ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following an incident in Newhall, Harlow.

It was reported that an assault took place at 12:30pm on Saturday 18 September at Milestone Road, junction with Etchels Road and involved a woman and two men.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed to 11 October.
