Man pleads guilty to cocaine possession and not guilty to drug-driving

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and not guilty to drug-driving.
Benjamin Coyle, aged 37, of Upper Stonyfield, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On August 13th, 2021 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On August 13th, 2021 at Harlow was in charge of a motor vehicle, namely VW Golf on a public place, Market Street, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.
Coyle has been remanded on unconditional bail.
His next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court is set for May 10th, 2022.
