Update: Mr Lawrence was found not guilty of the charge at a trial on August 17th.

A HARLOW man has been charged with a sexual assault assault on a woman.

Vincent Lawrence, aged 46, of Sakins Croft, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On August 22nd, 2020 between London and Harlow intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.

Contrary to section 3 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Lawrence has been sent for trial at Chelmsford Crown Court on May 3rd, 2022.

He has been released on conditional bail.
