Harlow man pleads guilty to drugs and offensive weapons charges in town centre

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a number of drugs offences as well as possession of offensive weapons in Harlow Town Centre.

Craig Duburguet, aged 40, of Willowfield, Harlow made the pleas at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following:

On June 15th, 2022 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class B with intent to supply it to another.

On June 15th, 2022 at Harlow without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Stone Cross, an offensive weapon, namely a dumb bell bar.

On June 15th, 2022 at Harlow acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely £140.

On September 9th, 2021 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A with intent to supply it to.

On September 9th, 2021 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class B with intent to supply it to.

On September 9th, 2021 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place The Water Gardens a folding pocket knife which had a blade the cutting edge of which exceeded 7.62 centimetres (3 inches)

On 09/09/2021 at Harlow in the county of Essex acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely £1000 cash.

Duburguet will be sentenced on July 15th at Chelmsford Crown Court.
