A HARLOW woman is set to have her head shaved for a very important charity.
Susan Clarke, a health care assistant at Princess Alexandra Hospital is doing it for Evalina Children’s Hospital.
Susan said: “I’m doing this for Evalina as they helped my niece when she was born and then when she got into her teenage years when they did further surgery.
So I just want try to raise as much as possible to give something back and to help others.
“I did a head shave eight years ago at Linkfest for the Teenage Cancer Trust in memory of my nephew who sadly passed away at just 19 years.
“My hair has just grown amazingly long and so I am taking the opportunity to do it again!”
