A HARLOW man faces a trial over a charge of actual bodily harm.

Stuart Smart, aged 47, of No Fixed Abode, Harlow faced the following charge at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On February 5th, 2022 at Harlow assaulted a male, thereby occasioning him, actual bodily harm (ABH).

Smart has been remanded on unconditional bail.

He has pleaded not guilty and has elected trial by jury

He is set to return to Chelmsford Crown Court on November 14th, 2022.
