Church Langley woman charged with driving between 5-10 mph on M25

A CHURCH Langley woman has been charged with driving at between 5 and 10 mph on the M25.
Leann Arkell, aged 44, of Fenton Grange, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On February 6th, 2022 at Waltham Cross, drove a Kia Sorento on the M25 Junction 25 to Junction 26 without due care and attention.
At 13.26 on February 6th, 2022 the defendant is alleged to have driven Kia Sorento drove on M25 Junction 25 to Junction 26 without due care and attention in that they were driving as part of a convoy between 5 and 10 miles per hour, impeding traffic flow and causing a danger to other road users.
Contrary to section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The case has been adjourned to April 17th, 2023, Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
She has been charged along with 21 others. This appears to be in relation to a Covid-19 protest.
