THE Gallery at Parndon Mill in Harlow is serving up a festive feast for the eyes with its Christmas exhibition.

Present Arts, which opened on November 4 and runs until December 23, puts an emphasis on works of art which are affordable.

The exhibition is a great opportunity to acquire a unique and special present, something new for the home, individual cards and even handmade decorations for the Christmas tree.

Artists who have studios at the mill are represented along with regular exhibitors and some who are new to the gallery, showing paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, glass, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and cards.

Fascinating new features this year include small stitched tapestries as well as wire sculptures of birds and insects, while paintings range from flowers and trees to bright abstracts.

And, following their popularity last year, turned wood plates and vessels and unusual jewellery have been included again.
