Harlow resident given four year ban for drink driving

A HARLOW resident has been banned for nearly four years for drink driving.
Rokas Bartkevicius, aged 43, of Halling Hill, Harlow pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On April 9th, 2022 at Harlow, drove a black BMW on Halling Hill, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
He was banned for 44 months and fined £440.00
