SOUTHERN Inter-Counties Cross Country, Horspath Park, in Oxford, was the venue for the SEAAA Inter-Counties cross-country competition on Saturday December 4th.

St Mark’s pupil George Watkins was the only Harlow Athletic Club member selected.

He has had an excellent individual season, being undefeated in Essex League races, to earn this selection.

Whilst Harlow AC awaits the official times, it is happy to report that George won the U13 Inter-Counties race.

The Essex team was third overall and are positioned strongly for the national championships in January.
