Just wait outside a local scrap dealer until he turns up with his next haul of catalytic converters. Should not be too hard, or wait by his yard in Roydon. Still once the police have talked to him they will send his victims letters saying no further action will be taken as they have done in the past.

You'll probably find him in a modelling studio or on a catwalk judging by the mugshot

Dirty stinking pikey rob a pals garage, named and shamed him to the police and they did nothing, hopefully he'll be the next one found in a pond.
