A BID to convert a former bank in Old Harlow into a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) has been submitted to Harlow Council.
The application refers to the former Barclays Bank on Station Road.
The application bids for: Conversion and proposed change of use of first floor of the existing building from use class A2 (Financial and Professional Services) to C4 (HMO) House in Multiple Occupation with re-installation of window to rear elevation.
