Police investigate assault on child in Parsloe Road

ESSEX Police are investigating an incident in Harlow where a child was assaulted.

It was reported a man on a bike approached a woman pushing a pram on Parsloe Road at around 7.15pm on July 1st.

It was reported the man assaulted the child in the pram before taking its dummy.

The man is described as white, in his late 20s, with short scruffy hair, a short beard, and wearing a black jacket, and black rucksack with ‘Nike’ written on it in white text
