Teenager in court over incident at Harlow Railway Station

A 16-year-old boy from Harlow appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 20 July charged with possession of an offensive weapon and commission of an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order.
He has been bailed until his next appearance on 4 August.

Update: Statement from British Transport Police: Monday Jun 19th
OFFICERS were called to Harlow Town station at 4.39pm on 16 June following reports of a fight in the car park.
One 16-year-old boy attended hospital with a minor injury to his hand and another 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with stab wounds to his stomach.
Both have been discharged.
The first 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of GBH and the second was arrested on suspicion of affray.
“Both have been released on bail pending further enquiries”.
Update: We did contact British Transport Police media team on Friday evening.
As of Saturday morning, we are still awaiting details re what happened.
UPDATE: POLICE have sealed off a car park next to Harlow Town Railway Station.
Uniformed officers are standing by an area at the rear of the car park near to the entrance/exit fo the Network Rail Car Park.
There was also a large number of police vehicles and ambulances on standby at River Way but it is unknown at this point if it is related.
