Oakwood Pond murder trial: Court case set back to 2024

THE trial for Lee Clarke, 55 Wedhey, Harlow who has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a man in Harlow has been rescheduled. 

An investigation was launched on New Years Eve last year following the discovery of human remains at Oakwood Pond is Harlow. 

The victim was identified as 59-year-old Phillip Lewis from Harlow. 

The trial will now begin at Chelmsford Crown Court on February 7th. 

A 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder. A 34-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of murder. Both will face no further action.

So, will it be another 17 years before they realise that he (LC 55 Year old) was innocent as with the msm news about that other guy from last week? Oh dear.

Whoever killed this man gets my blessing, drug dealer prolific burglar driving cars on stolen plates, no insurance licence etc, done society a favour, shame he got caught.

David... how can you say that no man deserves to be murdered... if a member of your family gets murdered you would understand how it feels.... doesn't matter who they are ..... justice will prevail
