A MAN has been charged in relation to an incident which led to a number of emergency service vehicles converging on the Milwards area of Harlow.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Dylan Russell, 27 of Quarry Spring, Harlow has since been charged with assault of an emergency services worker, sexual assault on a female, intentional strangulation, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failure to stop a vehicle.

He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Thursday, 4 January.

He will next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on 1 February.’
