Man arrested on suspicion of harassment after incident near shops in Tanys Dell

A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of harassment following an incident in Mowbray Rd, Harlow on Friday May 10th.

A large number of police officers descended on the area after concerns were raised regarding a man’s alleged behaviour near the Ward Hatch part of Mowbray Road.

He has been further arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drink and driving whilst disqualified and bailed to 3 July while police continue their enquiries.
