TWO men have been charged with drug offences following a series of warrants in Harlow.

Ricky Brinkly, 24, of Mallows Green, Harlow, and Charlie Adcock, 19, of Spinning Wheel Mead, Harlow, have both been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A and Class B drugs.

They appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 29 August and were remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on 26 September.

Four warrants were executed at locations in Harlow on Wednesday 28 August as part of our Clear, Hold, Build initiative.

This is a Home Office-backed scheme bringing together public services to tackle offending and address underlying issues affecting the community in The Stow and wider Harlow.
