Newhall man charged with three counts of assault

A NEWHALL resident faces trial over three allegations of assault. Carl Tomkins, aged 48, of Green Street, Newhall, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On September 12th, 2023 assaulted a female. On January 10th, 2024, in Harlow assaulted a female.
On January 10th, 2024, assaulted a male.
The next hearing is set for September 15th, 2025.
Tomkins has been remanded on conditional bail.
