HOLY Cross Primary currently have a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant, required for 28 hours 45 minutes, per week during term time. The successful applicant will be required to work directly with children with an EHCP in process from 9am to 3.15pm.

The applicant’s role will include supporting children with physical and sensory needs, in addition to learning needs. Training will be available for specific needs but a knowledge or previous experience of such needs will be good. The applicant would also benefit from knowledge around autism and speech and language needs.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate relevant experience of the role or have completed relevant TA training. Appropriate qualifications with a minimum of GCSE English and Maths or equivalent are required. The successful applicant will be supportive of the school’s Catholic ethos.
