Harlow man pleads guilty to downloading images of child abuse

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a number of charges in relation to downloading images of child abuse.
Gavin Joyce, aged 40, of Parsonage Leys, Harlow, was charged with the following.
On January 18th, 2022, at Harlow you were in possession of a prohibited image of a child.
Between January 18th, 2022 and June 19th, 2024 in Harlow made indecent photographs, namely 15 Cat A images of a child.
Between January 18th, 2022 and June 19th, 2024 in Harlow made indecent photographs, namely six Cat B images of a child.
Between January 18th, 2022 and June 19th, 2024 in Harlow made indecent photographs, namely four Cat C images of a child.
On September 1st, 2024, at Harlow, without reasonable excuse, failed to do something, namely failed to provide password to mega cloud storage on request, which was a thing that you were required to do by a sexual harm prevention order.
Between July 30th, 2024 and September 2024 at Harlow, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely, set the black view mobile phone to not save internet history , which you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order.
On June 19th, 2024, at Harlow, being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that you have failed to disclose an alias used on your Facebook, namely, Gavin Randall Joyce.
On June 19th, 2024 in Harlow, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely failed to notify a mobile phone, namely white Sony Experia , that you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by North Essex Magistrates Court on 28th July 2022.
Joyce has been committed to Crown Court for sentence.
He remains in custody.
The next hearing is on October 7th at Chelmsford Crown Court.
This appears to be at least the third set of offence, why is free to commit them?
Very quite on comments here, perhaps because he's not of a certain colour, religion or dare I say it, an "illegal" immigrant, where are those people when you need them to speak out against such things in our community. Not strange, and yet predictable.
