RECENTLY, we went up to Roydon Primary Academy to interview their new Headteacher, Jan Figueiredo.

We always look forward to interview heads who have just joined the BMAT family.

You get a real sense of how they hope to make their mark but also serve their community.

In our interview, we discussed a whole range of topics. In particular, we found out little bit more about their core values:
