Harlow woman pleads guilty to making threats to kill

A HARLOW woman has appeared in court and pled guilty to a number of charges including threats to kill.

Tina Rose, aged 43, of Quarry Spring, Harlow has pled to the following.

On October 1st, 2024, without lawful excuse made to another, a threat to kill her intending that the said person would fear that the said threat would be carried out.

On October 1st, 2024, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, a large kitchen knife.

On October 1st, 2024, without lawful excuse made to another a threat to kill her intending that the said person would fear that the said threat would be carried out.

On October 1st, 2024, at Harlow, without lawful excuse, damaged the front door and window to the value of £300 belonging to another,  intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

Rose is scheduled to appear for sentence at Chelmsford Crown Court on December 2nd, 2024.

She has been released on conditional bail.
