A CONTROVERSIAL planning application which sought to build a three-bedroomed house in Great Leylands was approved by the Harlow Council planning committee.

The application was for: Erection of a three bedroomed dwelling house on land adjacent with
associated parking and landscaping.

It was given the green light on Wednesday night’s meeting.

The applicant spoke in support of the application.

Nobody spoke against it.
