A HARLOW man has been charged with assault and criminal damage.

Kashif Mahmood, aged 36, of Woodcroft, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On July 14th, 2024, in Harlow assaulted a male by beating him.

On July 14th, 2024, without lawful excuse,  damaged Polygon XTRADA 5 bicycle to the value of £600.00 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

His first appearance at Colchester magistrates court was registered for Jan 30th.
